  1. 30-70

    Coarse grind

    Heavy diamonds remove coatings, glue and stains and level the surface.

  2. 100-200

    Repair and refine

    Cracks and joints are filled and the scratch pattern is refined.

  3. DENSIFY

    Harden the slab

    A densifier soaks in and hardens the concrete from within.

  4. 400-800

    Hone

    Resin diamonds smooth the surface to a satin sheen.

  5. 1500

    Polish

    Fine steps bring up depth and clear reflections.

  6. 3000

    Mirror finish

    The finest pads give the glass-like gloss.

  7. GUARD

    Protect and burnish

    A stain guard is applied and burnished to the final sheen.
