Many Florida homes sit on a concrete slab covered by carpet, tile or vinyl that will eventually need replacing. Polishing the slab instead gives you a seamless, cool, easy-clean floor that suits open plans, sunrooms and pool areas.
We polish kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, lanais and garages. You can stay soft and satin or go glossy, keep the natural gray or add dye, and choose how much sand or stone shows through. Everything is shown on samples before we start.
A floor with a lot of choices
Satin, semi-gloss or high-gloss. Cream, salt-and-pepper or full aggregate. Natural gray, warm sand, charcoal or a soft color. Saw-cut lines to form a grid or border. These choices turn a plain slab into a design decision.
We bring samples and make a test area when the slab condition makes the outcome hard to predict.
Living with it
A polished floor wipes clean with a damp microfiber mop. There is no grout to scrub and no carpet to hold moisture. Area rugs, felt pads on furniture and doormats keep it looking its best.

Is it right for your floor?
A good fit when
- You are building or renovating on a slab
- You like an open, modern look
- You want a floor that stays cool in summer
- You have allergies or pets and want fewer hiding places for dust
Worth knowing
- Concrete can show hairline cracks and variation, which many owners like
- Dropped glass can chip it, like any hard floor
- Rooms with an existing coating need it removed first
- Slab moisture must be tested
Good questions about residential polishing.
Will polishing remove my carpet glue and tile?
Yes. Old coverings and adhesives are removed as part of the grinding.
Is it cold?
Not in Florida. Polished concrete tends to feel cool underfoot, which is welcome in the heat.
Can I add a rug?
Of course. Use a breathable rug pad.
