Polished concrete is easy to care for, but easy is not the same as none. Grit scratches, spills etch and traffic dulls the sheen over time. A short routine and an occasional service keep it looking new.
We set up plans for stores, offices, warehouses and homes: daily and weekly routines for your staff, plus periodic burnishing and guard renewal done by us.
The routine
Dust mop daily to remove grit. Damp mop or auto-scrub with a neutral cleaner on a schedule. Wipe spills quickly. Use walk-off mats at entries. That is most of it.
The periodic service
High-speed burnishing renews sheen and removes light marks. Guard renewal refreshes stain protection. We recommend a schedule based on your traffic and the finish you chose.

Good questions about maintenance programs.
How often should a floor be burnished?
It depends on traffic. High-traffic floors need it more often.
Can I use any cleaner?
Use a neutral-pH cleaner. Avoid acids and harsh degreasers.
Do you service floors you did not polish?
Yes. We evaluate them first.
