Metallic Epoxy and Decorative Floor Coatings by Mirror Finish Concrete

Metallic epoxy uses pigments that flow and swirl in the resin for a one-of-a-kind, liquid-marble look. It is a good choice when you want bold color and a thick gloss.

We also explain when polished concrete is the better, more durable choice. Coatings can peel or yellow, while polished concrete is part of the slab. You pick based on the look and the maintenance you want.

Where metallic works

Showrooms, feature areas, bars and lobbies with strong design goals. A coated floor needs a properly ground and dry slab and careful installation.

Where we suggest polishing instead

High-traffic or hot-tire areas, outdoor sun and places that need breathability usually do better with polished concrete.
