Bare industrial concrete sheds dust, stains easily and can cut tires and carts. Polishing densifies the top of the slab so it stops dusting, resists abrasion and reflects light, which brightens a warehouse and helps crews see.
We polish distribution centers, manufacturing floors, auto shops and storage buildings, in phases so operations keep running. Where the slab is rough or joints are chewed up, we repair them first, because forklift wheels are hard on edges.
Built for wheels
Heavy rubber and polyurethane wheels need a tight, dense surface and filled joints. Joints are filled with a semi-rigid material that supports the edges, and the slab is densified and polished to a level that suits the traffic.
High-gloss is possible in industrial settings, but many owners choose a satin or semi-gloss finish that hides wheel marks and is easy to maintain.
Light and safety
A polished floor bounces light back up into the building, which can improve visibility and cut down on lighting needs. Marked lanes and safety lines can be applied over a polished floor with the right products.

Is it right for your floor?
A good fit when
- You have forklifts, pallet jacks or heavy carts
- Dust from raw concrete is a problem
- You want a brighter building without more lights
- You can phase work around operations
Worth knowing
- Joint repair is an essential first step
- Very high gloss shows tire marks more
- Heavy chemical exposure may call for a coating instead
- Large areas are scheduled in zones
Good questions about warehouse & industrial polishing.
Can you work while we operate?
Yes, in zones. We plan each phase with you.
Will forklifts mark the floor?
Some tire marks happen on any floor. A proper finish makes them easy to clean and burnish.
Can we still paint lane lines?
Yes, with products suited to polished concrete.
