Restaurants are hard on floors. Grease, hot water, acidic drinks, dropped trays and constant cleaning chew through coatings and grout. A properly polished and sealed concrete floor is dense, cleans easily and does not have grout lines to trap grime.
We polish dining rooms, bars, lobbies, breweries and hotel public areas. Satin and semi-gloss finishes are especially popular because they feel warm, hide scuffs and are safer when wet than a mirror gloss.
Safety and cleanliness
Front-of-house floors are usually kept at a satin or semi-gloss level, with a stain guard that resists oil and acidic spills. Wet areas near bars and entrances can be given extra traction.
Phasing for service
Many restaurants close one day a week or overnight. We plan work in sections so the dining room is back in use when you are ready.

Good questions about restaurant & hospitality polishing.
Can the floor take grease and acids?
A good stain guard helps a lot. Wipe spills promptly and use a neutral cleaner.
Will it be slippery?
A satin or semi-gloss finish with traction treatment at risk areas is the usual approach.
How long will we be closed?
Depends on the size of the floor. We phase it to keep downtime short.
