Dull, scuffed or worn polished concrete can be brought back, often to better than new.

Even great polished floors dull with years of foot traffic, wheels and cleaning mistakes. The good news is that the polish is in the concrete, so it can be refreshed without starting from scratch.
We assess how far the floor has worn. Light dulling may only need a deep clean and burnish. More wear calls for a lighter grind and a re-run through the final grits and a new guard.
Levels of refresh
Clean and burnish for light wear. Re-polish the last stages for moderate wear. A fuller process for floors that were never polished well or have been damaged by coatings.
Restoring floors from other installers
We evaluate floors polished by others, check densification and sheen and recommend what is needed. Not every floor was done correctly the first time, and we tell you where we find that.
