Grinding concrete makes fine dust, including silica, which can be a health hazard and a mess. Modern equipment and good practice keep it under control.
We use shrouded grinders connected to HEPA-filtered extractors, seal off work zones with barriers and clean as we go. It protects your staff, your stock and your finishes, and it keeps our own crew healthy.
What we do
Machines are fitted with dust shrouds and connected to HEPA extractors. Doorways and vents are masked. Floors are vacuumed between steps. In occupied buildings we use containment barriers.
Wet or dry
Both wet and dry processes can be done cleanly. Dry grinding with HEPA extraction leaves no slurry. Wet processes need slurry handling. We explain which suits your site.

Good questions about dust-free grinding.
Will there be any dust?
Very little, with proper extraction and barriers.
Is silica a concern?
Yes. That is why extraction and good practice matter.
Do you use wet or dry?
We choose per site. Both can be clean when done right.
