Gym and Fitness Studio Floor Polishing
Hard, clean and modern: a floor that can take weights, sweat and daily mopping.

Gyms and studios need a floor that survives dropped dumbbells, rolling equipment and constant cleaning. Polished concrete is hard and dense, and a satin finish with good traction looks sharp under mirrors and lighting.
We polish free-weight areas, cardio floors, studios and lobbies. Rubber flooring and mats can be laid on top where impact protection is needed, and the polished slab is the clean look everywhere else.
Impact and traction
Polished concrete is strong, but a dropped heavy weight can still chip any hard surface. Rubber mats under racks protect the floor. Satin finishes with traction treatment keep footing secure.
Easy to keep clean
With no grout or seams, daily mopping with neutral cleaners keeps the floor hygienic. Avoid harsh acids and strong solvents.

Is it right for your floor?
A good fit when
- You operate a gym, studio or training space
- You want a modern industrial look
- You need quick, easy cleaning
- You will use mats in heavy zones
Worth knowing
- Dropped plates can chip any floor
- Mirror gloss is slick when sweaty, so satin is typical
- Existing rubber glues must be removed
- Moisture should be tested
Good questions about gym & studio polishing.
Do I still need mats?
In heavy-weight areas, yes. They protect both the floor and the equipment.
Is it slippery with sweat?
We recommend a satin finish with traction.
Can you remove rubber flooring glue?
Yes. Adhesive removal is part of the preparation.
