Floors get pocked: popouts from reactive aggregate, spalls at joints, pits from dropped tools and old patches from removed equipment. Left alone, they show through any finish.
We clean out loose material, repair with the right mortar for the depth and let it cure before grinding. The goal is a patch that blends as well as it can and stays put.
Matching the repair to the damage
Shallow pits take a thin repair mortar. Deeper spalls need a bonded patch with the right aggregate. Old patches that sound hollow are removed and replaced.
Blending
Patches can look slightly different after polishing because their mix is different. We use products that polish well and show you test patches on request.
